Alicia Brown

Alicia comes to Key Healthcare after spending 3 years as the director of admissions for an adolescent program, where she worked directly with the families of struggling teens to help them find support and appropriate placement. Prior to her time in admissions, Alicia spent 5 years in Australia serving as the department head of an entertainment business bachelor’s degree at an arts college., Alicia taught professional writing, critical thinking and music business to students. Through this work she found that as she placed students in internships and jobs, their mental health and emotional wellbeing were often a large indicator for their success and fulfillment. A drive to help the students who were struggling the most in this arena ultimately led her to her current career in adolescent mental health. In her former life, Alicia spent nearly a decade as a celebrity assistant and talent manager in the entertainment industry, working closely with A list talent in both music and film/TV. Alicia studied psychology at UC Boulder, and communications at Miami University.
