Helena Nyhart, MA, AMFT, APCC

Originally from the East Coast, Helena began her career in the tech industry before finding her passion in adolescent mental health. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and now works exclusively with teens at Key Healthcare.

As someone who experienced the transformative power of therapy as a teenager, Helena is deeply committed to helping high school students navigate the challenges of adolescence. She specializes in working with teens struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and identity development. Through evidence-based techniques, she helps them challenge negative thought patterns, build confidence, set and achieve personal goals, and develop strong social and emotional skills. Helena creates a supportive and relatable space where teens feel heard, understood, and empowered to take control of their future.
