Teen Treatment Programs in Los Angeles

Teen mental health disorders, substance abuse, and stress can be difficult to manage without the right help. Teen treatment programs provide specialized care designed specifically for young people navigating these struggles in their lives. Through individualized treatment plans, teens learn important strategies that promote resilience and healthy behaviors while also understanding how to cope with the underlying conditions that lead to problematic behavior.

Teen Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Our Teen Treatment Programs

At Key Healthcare we provide multiple treatment programs for teens to help them live a successful life. During our treatment programs you can expect your child to attend individual and group therapy sessions, participate in family counseling, receive academic support, and participate in social activities. Throughout their program your teen will learn to understand the causes behind their mental health and substance abuse problems, and develop the coping skills to effectively manage them.

Extended Care

Our male-only teen extended care program is a combination of our partial hospitalization program and sober living. This program provides around the clock support for teen boys struggling with their mental health or dual diagnosis substance abuse. This program provides teens the foundation to begin their recovery journey.

Intensive Outpatient

Our adolescent intensive outpatient program (IOP) is for teens who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy, but do not require the intensive level of care provided by PHP. This program provides structure and support that helps teens build healthy habits and become independent in their recovery.

Partial Hospitalization

Our adolescent partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a step-down from residential treatment that helps teens transition back into the community. This program provides intensive therapy services as well as academic support and social activities to help teens reintegrate into their home and school environments.

Residential Treatment

Our teen residential treatment program takes place over 45-60 days. This dual diagnosis program helps teen overcome their addiction and mental health issues through the use of evidence-based therapies. Our compassionate care allows teens to focus on their recovery in a safe and supportive environment fit for positive change.

Why Teen Treatment

When is an Adolescent Treatment Program Necessary?

Your teenager may need treatment if you notice multiple of the following signs.
  • Academic performance is declining
  • Withdrawal from friends and family
  • Changes in sleep or appetite
  • Increased irritability or aggression Risky behaviors such as using drugs or alcohol
If your teen is displaying any of these signs, it is important to seek help from a professional as soon as possible. At Key Healthcare we provide teen treatment programs in Los Angeles, CA that are tailored to meet your teen’s individual needs.
