Sidney earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and has experience working with adolescents facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and other behavioral challenges. She is trained in EMDR and integrates trauma-informed care into her work, supporting teens through a thoughtful and individualized approach. Sidney also provides family therapy and parent education, with a focus on strengthening family systems and building long-term resilience. She draws from evidence-based modalities including ACT, IFS, and CBT to support meaningful growth both in and outside of treatment.
