About Key Healthcare
Our goal in developing Key Healthcare was to create programs that gave teens the guidance they needed to draw on their strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling happy lives. Based on our own experiences, we believe that everyone has the ability to change if given the proper structure and connection

Empowering teens. Supporting families.
What makes Key Healthcare different is the way we show up for teens and families alike. We don’t just treat symptoms; we build relationships. We listen. We teach accountability. We believe in the power of small wins, meaningful connection, and structure that leads to lasting independence.
Our programs are led by experienced, highly trained professionals who specialize in adolescent care. Each teen receives comprehensive medical and psychological assessments, with a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. We care deeply about the teens we serve and the families who place their trust in us. That care guides every decision we make.

A Place Where Change Feels Possible
At Key Healthcare, we specialize in helping teens overcome mental health challenges and substance use through structured, evidence-based programs rooted in empathy and connection. Since 2016, our team has supported families with world-class clinical care, academic integration, and a belief that with the right support, every teen can heal and thrive. We provide a full continuum of care for adolescents ages 13–17, including:
- Residential Treatment – A structured, therapeutic live-in program designed for teens who need intensive support
- Partial Hospitalization (PHP) – Daytime treatment with clinical support and academic programming
- Intensive Outpatient (IOP) – A flexible program for continued care while teens live at home
All of our programs are located in Los Angeles, California, and we welcome families from across the country.
